This course, the dream of the late John McConnell, was built by Jay Morrish and Tom Weiskopf. It opened in 1992 and was immediately ranked in the Top 100 American Courses list. It was listed as #64 In Golf Digest's rankings for 2010. Double Eagle completed the "Big 4" to give Central Ohio four of the Top 100 in America.
